Refund & Return Policy     

At SwiftMart Ventures , we’re committed to ensuring a seamless shopping and service experience for all our customers. Our platform offers a mix of physical products (like skincare and makeup essentials) and on-demand services (such as beauty treatments, home cleaning, appliance repair, and fitness coaching). This policy outlines the terms under which returns, refunds, and cancellations are applicable for both product purchases and service bookings.   

 

1. Return & Refund Policy for Products   

We want you to love what you buy from us. If you're not completely satisfied with your product purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the following guidelines:   

Return Window     

  • Skincare & Makeup Essentials: Return requests must be raised within 7 days of product delivery.   

  • Non-returnable Items: Personal hygiene items, opened cosmetics, and products marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.     
     

Return Eligibility     

To be eligible for a return:   

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging with tags intact.     
     

  • Return is accepted only for items that are:     
     

  • Incorrect   

  • Expired   

  • Damaged in transit   

  • Defective or different from what was ordered   

  • Proof such as photos or unboxing videos may be required for damage claims.     
     

Non-Returnable Products     

  • Used or opened skincare/cosmetic items   

  • Personal care items for hygiene reasons   

  • Custom-packed gift boxes or limited-edition collections   

  • Free gifts or promotional items   

 

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy for Services   

Due to the nature of services, we follow a slightly different policy than products . However, your satisfaction remains our top priority.   

Eligible Services Include:     

  • Beauty & wellness (salon/spa at home)   

  • Home cleaning & handyman services   

  • Appliance repair & maintenance   

  • Fitness, yoga & personal coaching sessions   

Service Cancellation & Refund Terms     

  • Cancellations made 12 hours or more before the scheduled time are eligible for full refunds or rescheduling.   

  • Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled service time may attract a partial cancellation fee or be non-refundable, depending on the service provider's policy.   

  • Missed appointments (where the customer is unavailable) are not eligible for refunds.   

  • In case of a service provider no-show, we will offer a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.   

Service Quality Issues     

If you are not satisfied with the service received, please contact our support team within 24 hours of service completion with:   

  • Service details   

  • Description of the issue   

  • Photos or evidence (if applicable)   

Each case will be reviewed individually, and if the claim is verified, we may issue:   

  • A full or partial refund, or   

  • A free re-service, subject to availability   

 

3. Return Process (for Products)   
  • Log in to your account → Go to "Orders" → Click on "Request Return"   

  • Choose between refund or replacement (based on availability)   

  • A pickup will be scheduled (wherever serviceable) or you will be guided to self-ship the item   

  • Once received and verified, the return will be processed within 3–5 business days

 

4. Refund Timelines   
  • Refunds for approved product returns or cancelled services are credited to the original payment method (wallet, bank account, UPI, etc.) within 5–7 business days   

  • For COD orders, refunds may be issued via store credit or bank transfer, as per customer preference   

 

5. Shipping Costs on Returns   
  • Free return shipping is offered for damaged/defective/wrong items or service provider no-shows   

  • Change-of-mind returns or cancellations may involve a shipping deduction or cancellation fee   

  • Shipping fees (if charged) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
