We are hiring an experienced Manager – Machine Shop for a reputed MNC located in Prithla. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing machine shop operations, managing production activities, ensuring quality standards, and handling machining processes efficiently. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of engineering drawings, machining operations, and machine handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day machine shop operations
• Supervise production planning and machining activities
• Interpret engineering drawings and ensure accurate execution
• Monitor quality, productivity, and machine performance
• Handle and coordinate CNC, VMC, HMC, boring, milling, cylindrical grinding, and rotary grinding operations
• Ensure safety and process compliance within the shop floor
• Lead and guide machine operators and technical staff
